As the property is on a working farm, it’s important that guests stay within the fenced grounds of the property due to the risks involved. With the property being a working farm, no parties or animals are accepted. Please respect the surroundings and note no excessive noise after 10:00pm. Examples of excessive noise might include loud music, parties, band practice, broken alarms or machinery.As there is a section of the deck without a barrier with a small drop on to grass, all guests should take care when using this area due to the risk of falls.Please note a bond may be charged at certain times of the year.
