The stunning lake and mountain views from the house are fantastic! Sit on the sheltered deck and soak up the evening sun- making use of the fantastic deck / kitchen link which opens up to make a great indoor - outdoor flow.
The house has just been lovingly renovated and now we look forward to welcoming guests.
With 4 bedrooms, a spacious living area, fully equipped kitchen, bbq and great outside area- it really makes this the perfect alpine holiday home for your stay in Queenstown.
Located just a 1 minute drive from the airport, 2 minutes to The Remarkable Park and Queenstown Central shopping areas. Scenic 10 min drive to Queenstown Lakefront.
We like to give our guests space to enjoy their holiday, but we live very close by so are around should you need anything.
Plenty of parking is available on the drive way outside this property. There is also free on street parking available.
Please note that there is an attached apartment on the lower level of the house. This is occupied by long term tenants who have no access to any area on the listing.
