Sit in awe of the commanding views over Aotea Harbour, Mount Karioi, Gannet Island and beyond. Explore the community, beach and harbour by foot or don't leave the house at all. Full kitchen, BBQ, two living areas, and large deck are all yours to enjoy. A peaceful, perfect and picturesque getaway for couples.
Built in 2018, this house is equipped with all the basics you need for a getaway from the city. The walls are constructed from insulated solid concrete giving the house a grounded presence on those stormy days and stays cool on hot summer days. Attached garage for your convenience.
Two spacious bedrooms, one queen, one double. Two lounges, large tv with freeview, dvd player. Dish-drawer, washing machine.
The kitchen has a full range of pots, pans, plates, bowls, glasses, utensils etc and we provide salt, pepper and oil for guest use. The beds will be made prior to your arrival with fresh linen and bath towels are included. Please don’t take the bath towels onto the beach. Soap, shampoo, conditioner and body wash is provided in the bathrooms.
The Gannet Hatch is equipped with high speed satellite Starlink internet WiFi. For those guests who want an off-grid experience, WiFi can be disabled for your stay upon request.
