Positive: Location was incredible. Walking straight onto the beach. The grounds were immaculate. The house was a TARDIS. The bonus brekkie was nice and the 'real' coffee machine was wonderful

Negative: The rooms are quite dark and the layout means you can hear other guests moving around

Summary: Great base to explore the wild west coast from. Alfresco area is awesome! Incredible sunset
