Although the front yard and outdoor living areas are fully fenced, the driveway and front door is not so adults should closely supervise young children in this area to ensure safety.There are life-jackets available to use with the kayak and paddle-board but we do recommend that guests bring Guests bringing their own linen should be aware that the bunk beds in Bedroom 3 are king single size.Please note a bond may be charged at certain times of the year.
