This perfect little unit is the upper level of the owner's garage, with direct access from the driveway, entry through sliding doors.

This room sleeps either two singles, or together as a double. A shared bathroom sits in-between here and the main bedroom.

The living and kitchen area directly through the bedrooms you will find a large, light and bright area with a day bed in one corner, and compact but practical kitchen with breakfast bar style dining and a comfortable living area.

A TV with a selection of DVD's, books and games provide entertainment for those odd days of bad weather. A rural vista can be enjoyed from the large windows with views from the local farms right across to the Papamoa hills - stunning!

For you own outdoor dining area by the beach, take the path to the left of the main house (through the purple gate) and down the side to the lower of two areas. From here it is literally just a few steps down to the beach!

Our beach is one of absolute nature with seaweed, rocks and driftwood! If you like walking, you'll love the long stretch of beach you can walk in either direction. At the north end is our Dotterel colony and to the south you could just about walk all the way to Matata!

Come and enjoy our local establishments “The Hippy Pipi” Bar and Restaurant, dairy, and takeaways, Or 'The Store' dairy, cafe and takeaways.

Te Puke is just 15 mins away, 30 mins to Mt. Maunganui and Tauranga (toll road), or 40 mins to Rotorua and Whakatane - all along excellent roads. The nearest gas station is the BP only 5 minutes away.

There is a house manual - please read it upon arrival.

A $200 security bond is held in trust and is returned to you following a post stay inspection and clean.
