Summary: Pretty central to the Viaduct, Ferry Building and Uni of Auckland etc. We had a view of the Sky Tower amongst other buildings. Rooms were good and bed was comfy. They let us chrck in early without fees (front desk specifically pointed this out). On a bit if a hill so need to be okay with the dlope. Amenities were good and US traveller liked they had creamer!
