A spectacular piece of paradise situated on a large piece of land with the most spectacular mountain views the MacKenzie Basin has to offer.
A night away in this beautiful home and I promise you will not want to leave.
This beautiful home is located on the out skirts of Twizel in a brand new subdivision located near Lake Ruataniwha.
Just a short walk or drive into the Twizel township or lake Ruataniwha.
You will have a large outdoor space with amazing views that will not dissapoint.
You will access to the entire house.
Monday to Friday 9am- 3pm.
A 5 minute drive to the local town square where there are shops, restaurants/ cafes and more.
Please note the GPS take you past the house. If you get to the round about you have gone to far. Please drive back the way you came and its about the third house on your left headng back.
The main entrance door has an internal locking system.
To unlock this push down hard on the door handle and it will release the lock.
The lock happens by pulling up the door handle so please try to avoid this.
Check out time of 10am is strict so we can ensure cleaning is completed before check in time. A late check out fee will be charged if you depart after 10am unless a late check out is arranged prior.
Checking out after 11AM means you incur a full days fee.
A fee of $100.00 will be charged to you as the guest if we are called out to the premises after business hours ( Business hours are 9am-3pm Monday- Friday) unless deemed not liable by our technician.
This will be charged and paid in full prior to your departure or on arrival to the callout. As banking deposits can take up to more than 48hours to be processed.
Smoking inside is NOT ALLOWED and will result in a $200 charge for professional cleaning.
