The well-appointed kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need to whip up delicious meals during your stay.

Upstairs there are two bedrooms, the master with a queen bed, the second with a single and trundle bed and dedicated working space. There is a family bathroom including a shower with a separate toilet.

Downstairs is another queen room, bathroom and laundry area.

Outside, our property boasts a low fuss back garden area, perfect for soaking up the sun, but with beach access just out the front, you’ll likely spend your days swimming, paddle boarding, or simply lounging in front of the calm waters.

Please note - Downstairs exterior - there is a loose building material pile near the side entry and under the stairs, this could be a hazard for young children, so please do not let them access or play down there.

Payment Terms:
Full payment for your stay will be processed 14 days prior to your scheduled arrival.

Guest Portal:
You will receive a guest portal link from Beyonder, the manager of the property, before your arrival.
Please utilize this link to provide your credit card details and upload a valid ID.

Booking Confirmation:
Your booking is considered provisional until the completion of the guest portal, payment has been made and there has been a successful bond hold.

Bond Hold:
A bond hold will be placed on your credit card 7 working days before your scheduled arrival.
The hold will be released 7 working days after your departure, provided the home is returned in the same pristine condition in which it was found.
Deductions may be made from this bond in the event of any incidentals or excess cleaning.

No smoking or vaping allowed at the property.
No pets allowed
Booking guests must be aged 25 years or over.
Check-in time is 3:00 PM, and check-out time is 10:00 AM.
There is a strict no party or gathering policy at this home.
There may be rare times the owner needs to access the garage downstairs. This can be done without accessing the house and guests will be given notice.
There is some building material stored down the side of the house, but this will not impact you.
The garage cannot be accessed or used by guests.
Please bring your own beach towels + equipment.
