There is also a large rumpus room or a second living area with comfortable seating and a single bed plus trundle bed underneath. There is a bathroom and full laundry area.
Upstairs you will find the master suite features a queen-size bed, and a private and compact ensuite bathroom. The second bedroom has two single beds, and a family bathroom with full bath and shower finishes off this space.
Also on the upstairs floor, the living area offers panoramic views of the ocean along the Papamoa coastline. Expansive and comfortable, there is plenty of space for you to relax. A high end kitchen with gas cooking, an espresso coffee machine, a scullery, and a breakfast bar. Booking Confirmation:
Your booking is considered provisional until the completion of the guest portal, payment has been made and there has been a successful bond hold.
Bond Hold:
A bond hold will be placed on your credit card 7 working days before your scheduled arrival.
The hold will be released 7 working days after your departure, provided the home is returned in the same pristine condition in which it was found.
Deductions may be made from this bond in the event of any incidentals or excess cleaning.
