This comfortable beach house has all you need to fully relax, Located in the heart of Pukehina right on the beach front, with private access to the water, a deck and lots of lawn for the kids to play.
Wake up to the sound of the waves, enjoy breakfast up in the watch tower and relax whilst overlooking the extensive ocean, surf and dunes right on your door step. Smell and feel the sea breeze and enjoy the uninterrupted beach lifestyle. The view looks out to Mototi, Plate, White and Whale Islands.
This amazing older style home features an open plan living and dining area that faces out to the beach letting you take in the amazing setting. The kitchen is functional and spacious which is great for entertaining. Built up to capture the views this home has a large section with room to pitch tents and for the kids to play until sunset. Feel comfortable and at home in this relaxing space.
For those cooler nights , snuggle up in the watch tower and watch nature at its best through the telescope.
The master bedroom has a comfy queen bed( fold away under the main) and plenty of space to relax.
The second bedroom a double bed and the third bedroom has a queen( with additional foldout bed).
The fourth bedroom downstairs has a great set up with a couch, set of single bunks, queen bed with additional single bunk on top and a foldaway bed. All this to accommodate your family, perfect for the kids to have sleep over. A large spacious area opens up from the sleeping quarters so the kids can play ping pong and run around on a rainy day.
The first bathroom has a vanity, shower over a bath and toilet, The second a toilet, great shower, laundry and washing machine. There is a clothes horse provided as there is no dryer and a clothes line outside for the beach towels.
Pukehina is and untouched paradise, local activities comprise of a tennis club, golf
club, surf club with red flags for safe swimming surfing, paddle boarding, boating and fishing.
Centrally located we are just 15 mins drive to Te Puke( past the golf club), 30 mins drive to Mt Maunganui and Tauranga (via toll road) or 40 Mins to Rotorua and Whakatane- all excellent roads, If your need to refuel BP petrol station is just 5 mins away.

*** Check in time is strictly 3pm and not before
*** Check out time is strictly 10 am- Unless arranged prior to book in. Over staying will occur and extra charge or part day rate. You will be emailed prior to your stay with access instructions.
*** Please bring your own linen, Towels and tea towels. These will not be supplied.
*** A $500 security / damage deposit is held for this property and will be returned to you following departure and inspection. Photos will be taken prior to your stay and after to document the condition of the house. In event that damages occur the owner can retain this fee to pay for stain removal, extra cleaning due to exessive mess or repairing /replacing broken goods and excess rubbish removal. We reserve the right to withhold this payment to pay for damage. We will endeavor to be fair and reasonable as accidents do happen but expect the beach house to be left how it was found.
*** Cancellation Policy is STRICT .This means if you cancel 60 days or more before your check in date you will recieve 100% of the booking amount in the form of a refund.
If you cancel 60- 30 days before your check in date you will recieve 50% of the booking amount in the form of a refund.
If you cancel 30days or less before your check in date you will receive No refund.
Please make sure that you understand this before booking.

This is a family batch suited to families wanting relaxation and a beach holiday kiwi style. Please read what is supplied with the Bach and please bring anything else you require for your stay.

Under kiwi Bach tradition your are expected to bring your own linen, towels and tea towels.
All beds are suppled with a mattress and pillow protector, duvet/blanket and pillow. So please use your own linen over the top to keep the mattress protectors in great condition for other guests. All are laundered in-between guest stays for your comfort. If you require additional bedding please bring your own.
