If you use the BBQ please make sure you clean up after yourselves and leave it as you found.
On departure please make sure you follow house rules by removing your rubbish from the property and placing in clearly labeled bins provided.
Please also make sure your dishes have been washed and put away or that the dishwasher has been switched on for a cycle.
Please note:
-Strict NO Party Policy
-Outdoor couch set up available through the summer. However, cushions may not be set and available for use through the wet months.
-Bedding and bath towels are provided - you will just need to pack a beach towel!
-On-site parties or group events are strictly prohibited.
-You may not pitch tents or have campervans, caravans, and house buses on our site.
Additional cleaning fees will apply if the property is left in a condition that requires excess cleaning. This includes any damage to the property, failure to follow house rules, and incidents involving bodily fluids (e.g. vomit or blood).
We kindly ask that you respect our no party policy and adhere to the maximum number of guests allowed. Failure to do so may result in being asked to vacate the property. We appreciate your cooperation with this.
