This coastal retreat boasts a spacious layout, with four bedrooms and two well appointed bathrooms. Situated on Tokerau Beach Road, this modern family home is directly across the from the beach, offering unparalleled to sun, sand and sea.
Built to high standards, the residence features contemporary amenities and an open-plan design that caters to relaxation and entertainment. Pets are also welcome as they are part of the family.

- 4 bedrooms includes: 3 rooms each with a queen bed and 1 room with two king singles. All rooms have wardrobes.
- Master bedroom has it's own ensuite, walk-in wardrobe and sliding door to backyard
- Main bathroom includes shower, toilet and large bathtub (with removable headrests)
- Very large and spacious lounge with fireplace, surround sound system, wifi and TV apps installed so you can login to your streaming services
- Dining area seats 8 people
- Modern kitchen with two ovens, dual sinks, microwave and large induction cooktop
- Large double garage HOWEVER please note the garage door has been locked closed, instead accessible by sliding door so you can store your items and fishing gear.
