The second bedroom features a Super-King bed, an ensuite bathroom, and captivating sea views. Bedroom 3 presents Queen bunks (Queen over Queen), ideal for a cozy rest. With 3.5 bathrooms, including dedicated facilities for each bedroom - an ensuite for Bedroom 2 and a separate bathroom for Bedroom 3 - plus a powder room, convenience and comfort abound throughout the home.
**Special conditions & notes**:
1) No party or venue use. No Smoking. No pets.
2) Small Children - Due to the presence of the swimming pool and spa pool, stairways, balustrades & steep areas in the surrounding bush & trails, young children will require careful supervision.
3) Swimming pool - The pool is heated between December & April, when the weather is warmer and the days are longer. The actual water temperature will be subject to weather conditions. Outside of the 'swimming months', the heating is ineffective and will not be operated. Cold water swimming will of course be possible - please let us know if you intend to swim during this time and we'll have the pool serviced prior to your arrival.
4) Security cameras - For the general security of the property & guests, cameras surveil the parking & driveway areas as well as the seaward access to the property.
