Open plan dining, kitchen and living area with the hallway able to be closed off for a seperate space. A well equiped kitchen with new awesome Nespresso machine and aeroccino milk frother.
Two bedrooms, 1 with king size bed and other with queen size and king single bunk beds. Hallway has two single day beds that can convert into 2 double beds.
Outside front and back decks with rear as entertaining deck with BBQ for private family dinners.

Outdoor shower with hot and cold water for de-sanding from day at the beach.
There is a top loader washing machine and lines in the garden and one under the house for when raining.

We supply bedding, fun duvets for the kids bunks, towels, tea towels, toilet paper and have pantry & fridge staples, help yourselves. We also supply eggs from our free to roam ducks, which we sell at the plant & produce market on Fridays in Katikati.
