Tramway cottage is situated on Driving Creek Road a very short walk away from the iconic Railway and Cafe, this area of Coromandel is also abundant in local artists galleries for which the town is renowned.
You can walk or cycle into town and visit the friendly town of Coromandel for interesting shops, good restaurants and the necessities.
The bach is surrounded by beaches the closest being just 5 minutes away or the 20 minute drive to Whangapoa and New Chums Beach is just so worth it!
There are plenty of interesting walks to be had in stunning bush.
Fishing on the mussel beds and the surrounding Firth of Thames offers fresh fish to cook on the BBQ on the deck whilst watching the sunset and enjoying a drink and a yarn!
Local attractions for the kids including the ingenious Waterworks park, Driving Creek Railway and all the fun on the beach plus the space to run around and play offer the opportunity that they enjoy a fun-packed stay and go to bed happy and ready for sleep!
