Positive: Location perfect . Close to Crown Range and Arrowtown but so private due to large house and beautiful surroundings , you felt away from the hustle and bustle of busy Queenstown .

Negative: Nothing

Summary: Grandparents and daughters plus the grandchildren absolutely loved this place .
