This offering is a conjoint listing, perfect for two small families travelling together, or a family with older children. Upstairs is a two-bedroomed duplex which sleeps up to four in two beds (double and queen), and downstairs is a studio which sleeps up to three in a double bed and sofabed.
This property is rustic, tucked into a quiet zone surrounded by trees and native fauna. It is close to St Heliers and Mission Bay, Kohimarama Beach, bush walks and is 10 minutes' drive from the CBD.
