Summary: The room was unbelievably cold when I checked in at 7pm. I immediately turned the heater on, but it barely worked and it took hours for the room to reach a comfortable temperature. The hotel also seemed to be only about a quarter full, yet I was given a room about as far away from reception as possible. After a long day, having to drive right through an almost empty hotel to get to a freezing cold room was pretty frustrating. Unfortunately, not a particularly comfortable or welcoming stay.
