Tutere Treasure is a much loved small family beach bach in a great location just across the road from Waikanae Beach, giving close proximity for swimming, beach walks and all the activities the beach has to offer. Tuk Tuk Restaurant and the Boating Club are also conveniently located just across the road. The Four Square Supermarket, tennis courts, and more cafes are a short walk away.

The property has a small fully fenced lawn, patio, and deck area positioned at the front, which is ideal for relaxation on a sunny day. The bach features a well-equipped kitchen, bathroom equipped with a washing machine, and three bedrooms accommodating up to five guests. French doors in the upstairs master bedroom open onto a bright balcony, while the remaining two bedrooms offer a double and single bed. (Note the stairs to the master bedroom are unsuitable for the disabled). There is space to park one vehicle in the driveway.
