Summary: Property and host agent were great as was the agents web portal.BookaBach on the other hand not so great. Could not get communications or anything from them even when using an account (which was forced upon you) nor the app. Book a Bach's logon process of sending a verification code just didn't work for both the web account and the app. The code just did not get through and the phone and online support was useless and could not fix. Strangely the exact same process seemed to work just fine with the parent company (Vrbo) and their web account - the verification code came through just fine.Won't use Book a Bach again and have deleted the app - shame I cant remove the account though.
