Our own local Sharky's takeout and restaurant with alcohol license great for when cooking is a no no or for fish and chips on the beach watching the sun go down. Baylys Beach (Ripiro) is the longest beach in NZ and great for 4x4, walking, surfing and fishing. Local horse riding. Many other attractions for day time excursion's nearby, Kia Iwi Lakes are great for swimming, boating, jet skiing, biking, walking - a track goes around the lake. Kauri Forrest, Hokianga Harbour with Opinoni and Omapere.
