Summary: The house was comfortable and weathered the heavy wind and rain during our stay. Agree with previous review that outdoor furniture is inadequate. The shade sails weren't up either but I believe they are being replaced. Building site next door was unfortunate but beyond their control. Remotes don't work (need batteries) and freestanding kitchen cupboard can topple forward easily when opened. Only one very large saucepan in the kitchen but lots of frying pans. No BBQ. Finally, a hold was placed on my credit card two days before the end of our stay without informing me and it wasn't part of the rental agreement. This has never happened with a Bookabach rental before but the property managers (Bush to Bay Holiday Stays) seemed to think it was quite normal. I won't rent a property that they manage again.
