Located at the cross-roads of Khyber Pass Road, Symonds Street and Newton Road, also known as the heart of Uptown Auckland, a developing area surrounded by Newmarket, Ponsonby, Kingsland, Mt Eden, all of which are all easily accessible on foot or by bus.
This brand new 2-storey apartment features an open plan living-kitchen/dining area, which connects to the large, north-facing, covered balcony with views of Sky Tower. 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms (one each upstairs and down) provide both space and privacy.
Muted colours, warm timbers and soft furnishings make for a calm space to relax in and come home to. We have provided everything you'll need to ensure you have a comfortable stay, be it short- or long-term.
The downstairs bedroom offers views of Sky Tower and overlooks the internal SKHY courtyard, while the upstairs bedroom looks out over toward Mt Eden.
The open plan lounge (with skylight) connects to the kitchen/dining area.
High ceilings, an abundance of glass and the open floor-plan make this a light, airy and spacious apartment.
To round things off, you'll have the use of a secure garaged car park and internal access up to the apartment.
OPTIONAL EXTRAS
Regular cleaning. If you are staying for a few weeks, perhaps you would like to arrange regular weekly or fortnightly cleaning or a one-off additional clean. The cost is $233/visit for a clean and linen change, and $150/visit for a standard clean (no linen change). You can either arrange this in advance, or while you are staying.
Portacot (additional $5/day). We can provide Jolly Jumper Roma 2-in-1 portacots that have both bassinet and cot level. This model has passed safety tests and is recommended by Consumer NZ. We'll also provide cot sheets and blankets.
