On an acre of land and surrounded by farmland, this lifestyle property is close to Mangawhai Village but feels like you are miles away from the hustle and bustle. Set amongst established gardens this country getaway offers peace and privacy. Ample north facing decking off the living areas gives you lots of space to chill and unwind in the sun. Or jump in the spa once the sun goes down and enjoy the night sky.
There are two living areas to choose from - so kids and adults can have their own space. With 4 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and 2 living areas, this home is spacious throughout. The double garaging has been set up as a games room with ping pong table and darts board to keep the kids entertained when they get back from beach. The large lake is just across the road, where you can paddle board or kayak.
