Located just one block back from best section of beach the Mount has to offer – easy beach access via end of Marine Pde to patrolled Omanu beach (each only a couple of minutes stroll away). Also being located adjacent to Moa Park entrance provides the option of playing with the kids at park when you’re not at the beach.
Outside: Fully fenced property, large front and back yard areas w outdoor furniture, large trampoline, large elevated front deck with shade sail off main lounge, hot outdoor shower & large barbeque.
