Positive: I like the view in the balcony the most. It's just very near the sky tower so it was our best view. The beds are comfortable making use of the space inside the apartment. There is a fridge and microwave
Negative: There could have been more specific instructions regarding checking in (like wait in the lobby of hotel or call the host upon arrival) since the apartment is same address as the Ramada hotel. Guests can be confused. Good thing the host was able to answer our call. I didn't like that there were no tissues in the bathroom. We couldn't figure out how to turn on the stove. Maybe add more useful kitchen items like scissors, More spoons, coffee as well The flat screen TV just rests on top of a table and not secured. Would be dangerous with sudden movement it could fall on a child or someone. Was not able to use TV as there was no remote. Maybe just put the password and wifi on the fridge for easy access as we need to message again the host for the wifi. I didn't like that we have to do a deposit 100 nzd.
