The upper-level enjoys views towards Ti Point, the Barrier Islands and gets glimpses of Coromandel and Tawharanui Point in the distance. Looking west from the main living room there are views towards the Matakana Hills, the Whangateau Harbour and an added bonus are the amazing sunrises AND sunsets to be enjoyed from this elevated position.
Large fully fenced backyard with gate leading directly onto pathway with only a 3 minute walk to beautiful white sandy Omaha beach, alternatively, in the opposite direction walk to golf course.
Short stroll to the Omaha Dairy, café, boutique gift and women's clothing shop, surf club and playground.
Matakana markets, cinema, cafes, vineyards and beautiful bike rides and walks are all so handy to the area, there's so much to do.
Plenty of off street parking.
