Positive: I loved the attention to detail, for example, there is a nightlight in the bathroom so that you don't need to turn on the big light (and fan). There are sensor nightlights that come on when you go down the stairs at night. The kitchen is beautifully equipped. There are games and a really good selection of books. Literally everything you could want is there.
Negative: Can't think of anything for myself. The bathroom is not fully accessible (is not advertised as such), but could be easily improved with the addition of a handrail by the toilet. There is no lip on the shower and there is a stool, so with the addition of a handrail it would be fine for someone with mobility issues, though not suitable for a wheelchair user.
Summary: It really felt like home!
