A turn of the century villa fronted by stunning red roses with an intimate enclosed rear garden ideally configured for outside dining and entertaining.

All guest bedrooms are spacious with tall bay windows in front, and matai flooring and high ceilings - so characteristic of villas of this age.

The main living area is open plan and offers comfortable dining and lounge facilities. A modern kitchen has all the necessary facilities if you wish to cater for yourselves, otherwise there is a wide choice of dining establishments within a few minutes walk.

Between October and April, Martinborough is host to concerts, food and wine events, nationally renowned fair days and physical challenges ranging from cycle races to a fun run through the vines. However it is also a great place to come at any time of year to relax, eat at award winning restaurants, sample fine wines and stroll through the village complete with great cafes, boutique clothing, jewellery, home decor and food stores.
