A large family home with a separate self contained cottage set on a large flat section with stunning view over the gulf. Perfect for large groups with a huge outdoor entertaining area, large flat lawn, large swimming pool. Being north facing, the property gets all day sun & magnificent sunsets.

Located a short drive from Oneroa Village, this idyllic property has plenty of space for extended family and friends to relax and unwind. The open plan kitchen & large dining & living areas have bi-fold doors opening onto the largedeck & pool areas, then the huge flat lawn. The house is equipped with Apple TV.

Upstairs is the master bedroom, with a deck overlooking the gulf. It has an ensuite & a walk in wardrobe. Downstairs are a further 3 bedrooms, as well as the family bathroom.

The cottage has a master bedroom as well as a separate single bedroom, and a living room downstairs, with foldout sofa beds.

If you can drag yourself away from this fantastic playground, Vista on Hauraki is perfectly located for exploring the island. Within a few minutes drive there are at least 5 great beaches, the cafes & shops in Oneroa Village, the market & shops at Ostend, and multiple great wineries! What more do you want?

Summary: How good! And 100% worth every penny. 2 little ones (Infant & young child) and adults were accommodated for. There were toys available for our 2 little ones and both the spa and pool were a hit. The septic tank started getting a little smelly but nothing unexpected or overwhelming, as we stayed 5 days! Check in was easy and so accessible for our trips to town. There was even a bus stop 1 house away which catered for our wine tour trip. Would I go back? For sure!
