Positive: Great location for what we needed. Comfortable and warm.

Negative: The fold out sofa bed is awful. Our daughter had to sleep on the couch downstairs. Because it was Christchurch in winter we had the heaters on. The fuse was constantly shorting out. This happened 5-6 times per day. I don’t think you can advertise this house as able to sleep 5 adults when one of those beds is so unusable.

Summary: Only bank on being able to use 2 of the bedrooms.
