Positive: Nice house in quiet area, safe, about 5 mins drive from Dunedin central,had everything needed for pleasant stay, host was really pleasant with access instructions. Shower,bathroom and water heating all fine,nice place.
Negative: Would have liked to use the woodheater-couldnt see if allowed in instructions and it was all clean and no logs around so didnt use. The TV remote volume-raising confounded me, could not work out how to raise the volume, Small TVs in bedrooms could be good for families with teenagers wanting own space ? Supermarket not close-10 min drive.
Summary: Big Yes but U need a car! nice house with everything needed,good value for $$, nice host+easy access
