VIEWS: Enjoy spectacular views of the Remarkables mountain range, Cecil Peak, Walter Peak, and crystal-clear Lake Wakatipu.
LOCATION: Situated only a stone’s throw from the lake’s edge. It’s an easy and flat 15-minute stroll along the lakefront to the town centre. The popular Frankton track starts at the bottom of the driveway, perfect for cycling, walking, or running.
STYLE: Loads of character, featuring high timber ceilings and exposed beams this home has a true alpine feel.
BEDROOMS AND BATHROOMS: Three bedrooms and two bathrooms. The master has a TV, private ensuite with shower bath and walk in wardrobe. The second and third bedrooms both have lake views and balcony access and share a family bathroom with shower. All bedrooms and bathrooms have luxury linen and toiletries. There is also an additional bath in the laundry room.

LIVING AREA: With two separate lounges, two outdoor areas this home is ideal for large families or groups wanting to spread out. Spacious and comfortable, the main lounge features a cosy fireplace to keep you warm and toasty, enjoy board games, books and large TV with SKY, DVD player and surround sound. The second lounge has a sofa bed and additional TV. Both living areas have sliding glass doors providing excellent natural light and indoor-outdoor flow.
KITCHEN & DINING: The large, well-equipped kitchen, including coffee machine has bar seating and opens into the living and dining areas and large balcony. Enjoy dining either indoors or out, both with stunning views.
THE GREAT OUTDOORS: The winning feature of this home is the large front deck with picture perfect views – ideal for BBQing, outdoor dining, relaxing with a book or watching the boats go by. There is a private backyard with mature and colourful gardens and complete with a spa pool/hot tub* – the perfect way to unwind after a day on the ski slopes. (*charges apply for spa pool use). On a hot summer's day cool off in Lake Wakatipu, which is very conveniently at the bottom of the driveway.
OTHER PRACTICALITIES: There are full laundry facilities, linens, toiletries, kitchen basics, underfloor heating, heat pump/air conditioning and a covered carport for off street parking.
RATES, INCLUSIONS & MINIMUM STAYS:
Rates are inclusive of 15% GST, premium linen and for a maximum of six guests. A seventh guest can be accommodated with prior arrangement and is charged at NZ$50 per night. A departure clean fee of NZ$325 applies. Minimum 3-night stay year-round, and 4-7 nights during peak periods.
*Spa Pool: A one-off charge of NZ$150 applies for use of the spa pool. This is to have it professionally valeted, heated and ready for your arrival.

• Wakatipu Lodge is a residential dwelling and no parties or events are to be held.
• Please be mindful that the property is located in a residential area and be courteous to your neighbours. Quiet hours are to be observed between 10pm and 7am.
• We are required to take a security bond pre-authorisation in the event of any damage to the property. The guest will be notified immediately should a charge need to be taken.
