Enter through a secure code pedestrian gate into a private courtyard with seating area and waterfall. The garden design was inspired by the owner's holiday in Fiji. Lounge on your comfy 3-seater outdoor sofa whilst reading a book and listening to the native Tui with the sounds of the water beyond. Enter into the apartment by a secure PIN.
The kitchen, dining and living are all open plan which makes it great for entertaining with family and friends. Within the open plan living area are two ranch sliders that you can open which allow for perfect indoor-outdoor flow to your tropical oasis. The kitchen has all the mod cons including a Nespresso Delonghi Lattissima One White coffee machine and Allpress coffee pods to help you wake up in the morning. A bottle of NZ wine and a few other beverages are gifted for you to enjoy during your stay.
The master bedroom has a luxurious brand new Super King bed with a new 40 inch flat screen TV playing the latest movies on Netflix and Disney +. There is a massive walk-in wardrobe perfect for those who require long-term stays. The master has its own private ensuite bathroom with double sink vanity, underfloor heating, heated towel rail and walk-in shower with two shower heads. The master bedroom also has a separate door that opens into the courtyard.
The second bedroom has a queen size bed with flat screen wall hung TV and a separate ranch slider opening into the courtyard. With a custom built-in wardrobe.
The third bedroom has a queen-sized bed (no tv) with a custom built-in wardrobe.
There is a second bathroom with toilet, vanity and shower for these two bedrooms to share.
