Convenience is key in this home! Adjacent to the bathroom, you'll find a handy laundry area equipped with a washing machine for your use. The spacious kitchen is fully stocked, ready for crafting delicious family meals.
Relax and unwind in the lounge, complete with a Smart TV for cozy movie nights and Free-To-Air channels. Bring along your own devices and plug into the HDMI cable for personalized entertainment. Breakfast items are not supplied, but there is plenty of tea, coffee, and basic cooking necessities such as salt, pepper, and oil.
For the sake of our neighbours, noise must be kept indoors and to a minimum after 10pm. There are strict no parties, smoking or pets rules in all Be My Guest properties.
If you are booking this property on a platform other than Airbnb, an authorisation hold is required. This hold will be captured as a ‘preauthorisation of funds’ from your payment card, prior to arrival and will be auto released 2 days from check-out, so long as no damage or costs have been incurred. The 'hold' for this property is $250.
All Be My Guest linen comes from our professional linen supplier. It is thermally disinfected at temperatures high enough to eliminate germs and risks such as Covid-19.
