Expansive 220 degree views spanning Lake Wanaka and mountains all the way over to Hawea Flat. This is also only one of a few properties situated on the northern (sun facing) slopes of Mt Iron, providing generous natural sunlight along with some of the best views available in Wanaka. Soak in the sun sets in the outdoor hot-tub before or sit around the indoor fire! With 2 bedrooms + 1 bathroom on each level, this house could accommodate two families with their own space.

We want our guests to enjoy their stay in our house in Wanaka. In addition to the unparalleled views, we have added comforts including generous outdoor living areas, hot tub, 50" smart TV, a fully equipped kitchen and tiled bathrooms. Summary: This property is in a great elevated location with wonderful views of the town, lake and mountain ranges. Very clean. Well equipped. Modern connectivity and entertainment. Owner is incredibly helpful and very nice. I stayed at seven different properties during my time in New Zealand and this one is one of the best.
