Positive: The motel is conveniently located and easily accessible. The contactless check-in process was smooth and hassle-free. The staff were responsive and acted promptly when we reported a drawer that fell off because it had not been properly secured. Their quick attention to the issue was appreciated.

Negative: I was not informed that the swimming pool would be closed when I made my booking. One of the main reasons I chose this accommodation was the indoor swimming pool for my children. I was only advised that the pool would be closed one day before our check-in date, which was disappointing as it significantly affected our plans and the value of our stay. Had I been informed of this closure before booking, I may have considered alternative accommodation.
