Sit back, chill out on the decks, soak up the sun, fire up the barbecue and relax for a peaceful island getaway. Visiting in winter? This home is equipped with a heat pump and wood burner for cosy evenings at home, Netflix is also provided.
The modern light-filled kitchen is well-equipped with a brand new electric stove top, double door fridge, coffee machine, microwave and dishwasher.
This is you’re perfect starting point for a busy day vineyard hopping around the island. The central location is only minutes away from everything Waiheke has to offer. As an added bonus, one of our favourite island takeaways is located within a 3 minute walking distance.
The house is well located for exploring some of the 30 plus vineyards, olive groves, beaches, art galleries or bush walks on the island. Only a 2 minute drive to the supermarket, iconic Saturday farmers market, local cafes and shopping.
PLEASE NOTE: An exit cleaning fee applies to each stay. All linen and towels are supplied but please bring your own beach towels.
Minimum stays: Seven nights between mid-December and mid-January, two nights all other times and three nights for public holiday weekends.
Security Deposit: A security deposit of $300 will be preauthorized to your credit card 2 days before departure. This will be released 5 days after departure. A 3.5 credit card surcharge applies to all card payments.
A leather bound compendium is located on site at the house with property specific rules and detailed information about things to do on Waiheke. The property manager will also provide local information.
