Cute, cozy, coastal cottage nestled in native forest and a short stroll (under 2 minutes) to the white sandy shores of Little Bay beach.

The 2 level pole house has 2 bedrooms, the master upstairs with a small Juliette balcony and ocean views down to Little Bay. Lower level with compact open plan living, galley style **kitchen with walk in pantry, good bench space and breakfast bar. This area leads onto spacious wooden deck – an ideal “outdoor” room for alfresco summer dining and a cool drink or two over the summer months. Combined bathroom (shub and shower), toilet and vanity and laundry. Ideal for small family groups or couples.

Never heard of Little Bay well your in for a treat - pristine beaches, green and clean native bush surroundings, fishing, swimming, beachcombing or just laze around on the deck and do nothing!

Located approximately 40 minutes drive north east from Coromandel Town, Little Bay has a sprinkling of permanent residents and the remainder of houses are used as holiday homes. All things aquatic with nearby swimming and surf beaches, fishing (boats can be launched off the beach) or try your luck off the rocks, native flora+fauna. Some great walking tracks also in the vicinity.

Petrol and Provisions - no shops out this way. The pantry is stocked with basics for guest use and to replace with like. During the summer season there is a camp store at the DOC Campground just down the road or it's back to Colville Store or Coro Town.
**Please note for cooking there is a small bench top convection oven + 2 gas rings and microwave for cooking. Gas BBQ located on the deck. Good selection of board games for family fun and DVD player and DVD's, Freeview TV.

Mobile phone network connections can be somewhat sporadic in this area. Able to get vodafone network in the upstairs bedroom :). There is a Telecom phone box nearby at the Waikawau DOC campground for emergencies.
