Absolute lakefront in the quintessential Bach, situated on the Western shores of Lake Rotorua approximately 8kms from Rotorua City. There is plenty of off-road secure parking, and plenty of space for children to play. A safe sandy beach, kayaks and a dinghy make this an ideal holiday retreat. The cottage is older and basic. It's all about location here, so if 5 star accommodation is what you are after this may not suit.
The Space:
The cottage is older and basic, yet spacious. It has full kitchen facilities and looks straight out to Lake Rotorua. It's all about location here, so if 5 star accommodation is what you are after this may not suit.
The master bedroom has a Queen Bed and Bedroom Two has two Single Beds. Professionally laundered, high quality linen.
There is also a sleepout attached which provides additional bedding for 4 more people, however we do not advertise this fully as the sleepout can get damp when it has been raining. The sleepout is more of a bonus bunk room!
Heating is by a log fire with plenty of wood supplied for the colder months.
