Guest Access:
Guests have access to the entire apartment. There is also a gym on the first floor that guests can access for free. There is a nice garden at the front entrance of the building as well.

You will have access to the building garage as well if you require use of the car park.

The Neighborhood:
The apartment is located right in the centre of Auckland CBD, so everything you could need is only a short walk away! Please see our Guide App that you will receive after you book for detailed information about what there is to see and do in Auckland city.

Getting Around:
There is a SkyBus that goes from the airport directly into the city centre. The nearest stop to the apartment is 'The Hub' on Queen Street, and is located about 5 minutes walk away. This is the cheapest option at $17 per person.

You can also catch a taxi or Uber from the airport directly to the apartment.

Other Things to Note:
Monthly Stays: We have a 10% discount factored into the price if you book for 28 nights or more. We can also accommodate long-term stays at our apartments so please send us a message to enquire about this.

KEY PICKUP
Key Pick-Up: The key pickup location is from a convenience store located at 7 Union St, Auckland CBD, 1010. This is a different location from the apartment building. This is a 14 minute walk or 5 minute drive from the apartment. They are open for collection at any time between until 2am. Please double-check if this suits you and ask us if you have any questions or concerns before booking. We will send you the full check-in instructions on the morning of your arrival date.

Check-in Time: Check-in time is after 3pm. If you need to check-in earlier, then please double-check with us first so we can check availability.

Optional Weekly Housekeeping: We can arrange extra weekly housekeeping during your stay if requested for the same price as the cleaning fee listed per clean. Please just send us a if you need the extra cleaning as we will need to organise this with the cleaning company we use.

Amenities: We provide a starter pack of amenities to last you the first few days of your stay (laundry powder, shampoo, body wash, coffee etc.), but you will need to purchase your own amenities after these run out. Please do not take the large refillable bottles provided as we’ll need to charge for replacement.

Checkout Time: Checkout time is at 10am.

This is a professionally managed apartment so you can expect the very best in service, but please note it is not a serviced apartment. As above, weekly housekeeping can still be arranged as an extra service.

Interaction with Guests:
Our office hours are Monday to Friday, 9am - 5pm NZ time and we will try to respond to your messages/email as soon as possible. You will be provided with an emergency 24/7 maintenance number as well in case you need that outside of our regular office hours.
