Two of the bedrooms feature comfortable queen sized beds, and there are two single beds in the third bedroom.The living room has a comfortable sofa and a flat screen TV with all free view channels, and a large balcony overlooking Downtown Auckland.The full kitchen has everything you need to create your favorite dish and be a master chief. There are so many great restaurants nearby you probably don't need to cook at all!The balcony looks out onto a pleasant view of the city and the iconic Sky Tower can be seen through the city.You will find yourself 1 minute from Queen St, 5 minutes from K Road, and a 15 minute wander down Queen St will get you to the waterfront and the Viaduct Harbor.Please note, there are a few stairs to this apartment and no lift.There are a tandem (2) FREE secure car parks that are also available for your use!Guest InteractionThe Urban Estates Reservations and Customer Service Team will be available throughout your stay to help you with anything you need.Other things to noteThis apartment is self check-in and the key will be available for pick up from 2:30 pm, and check out time is promptly at 10.00 am.Please note that this property is strictly non-smoking and we have a strict NO PARTY, NO NOISE policy.
