Summary: Sean was absolutely fantastic. There was some initial discrepancy in the reservation, but he bent over backwards to make everything work for us. He met us at the apartment, showed us around, and volunteered to be reachable if we needed anything. But there was nothing to need! The apartment is modern and spacious, with superb light and a long view. It is also very secure with multiple security features in the building. Everything appears very new -- the mattresses are great. The apartment was very quiet and felt very private, yet it is just half a block to "K Road", a major road linking to the downtown area (you can walk to the ferry dock in under a half hour, but uber is also everywhere and it's about $9 to get downtown). There are numerous restaurants and coffee shops just around the corner -- we really enjoyed Le Vietnamese in particular, with its outdoor patio. The apartment has a lovely sheltered deck with high end furniture. There is a really quite large swimming pool 3 minutes from the apartment, with views out to the city centre. There is also a workout facility, a well fitted out one, on the same floor as the apartment (which is basically like the second or third floor). There's good laundry facilities in the apartment, and two bathrooms both with roomy showers. In sum, this was a real "find" and we recommend it enthusiastically!
