Summary: Major issues: communication, inaccurate listing, and some stained linens.First, I had to reach out at 0730am on the day of check in to get the check in details as they had not been provided yet. In my experience this information is usually provided 24 hours prior without prompting.Next, the listing indicates there is a washing machine for laundry. This was a key factor in us choosing this location. There is not. I was informed by the owner on check in day that there is no laundry. I did not appreciate the misinformation and the lack of response acknowledging the situation or any kind of apology. The final issue was stained linens, specifically the master bedroom sheets and one of the towels. The linens appeared to be clean, but at this price point I would expect the linens to be free of stains as it does leave a bit of an uncomfortable feeling.Otherwise the house was beautiful. Well lit and clean with good location. Be prepared for a long, shared, narrow driveway and to potentially back out of it into heavy traffic. At one point we were unable to pull in to reach our rental because the drive was blocked by someone doing work on the first home.
