Positive: Beautiful little house. Clean, neat, welcoming. Cosy. Comfortable.
Negative: 1. Needs a good bluetooth speaker for music. This was the singular worst part of the stay. It doesn't feel like a holiday without music all around 2. The TV sound is pretty poor. It's quite tinny, which may be because it's sitting on a metal cabinet, but when they weather is bad and u feel like a movie...that could have been better. The cheapest/easiest fix would be solving both those problems with one simple solution: buy a set of PC speakers with bluetooth connectivity. Connect the speakers to the TV and bluetooth would allow me to play music from my phone. https://www.pbtech.co.nz/category/peripherals/pc-speakers 3. This was a repeated moment of WTF were they thinking.....and that is all about the 3 main windows being so small when there is such a magnificent view. That main wall with windows and door should be all glass, and the couch should be rotated to allow people to sit an enjoy the incredible view. That's a big structural thing...but you asked. 4. I felt the hot tub would have been far better where the outdoor dining table is, so you could enjoy more of the views from the hot tub. IF they made the dining section a little larger, they could bring the hot tub down to that area and that would work. Again....this is just a suggestion to make this place perfect.
