This vey tidy two bedroom cottage has it all for your weekend getaway. Take a stroll through the beautiful park at the end of the driveway. Stunning Oak and other various trees, with picnic benches strewn through the park. Enjoy a picnic dinner either at the cottage or in the park.

This stunning cottage is only a 5 minute walk to the busy little Te Puke township. there is something for everyone to do in town. Eat dinner out at one of the local spots: Jellicoe St Bar & Eatery, Vesey's Indian, Mexican, Smart India and many more.

There are two great supermarkets: New world & Countdown, so you can cook something at home in the cottages light and bright modern kitchen, then just sit back and enjoy the peace and quiet... or if you choose you can login to your Netflix account and watch a movie with the heat pump and some popcorn!

This cottages living area is open plan and very sunny and warm, it has two good sized rooms. The master has a king sized bed and the second bedroom has two extra tall king singles which can be converted to a super king (you must give us plenty of notice).

There is a nice warm heat pump and some very comfortable furniture. The bathroom is an all in one with the shower, toilet and vanity, a perfect design for a family of four.

A few things to not about the property:

*There is a dog called "Jax" she does bark for a minute while you arrive if she is around, but after she knows your not going to rob the place she is fine.

*No pets please.

*Coffee machine - please bring your pods with you.

*Wifi - is unlimited.

*WARNING - The orchard does spray Hi-cane once a year, but the owners have told me that they will try and block the property out for non rental over this time.
