Positive: For the price..... excellent shower...comfortable bed....ample milk for coffee...coffee tea could do with replenishment and pkts of biscuits....I got in too late for dinner and left too early for breakfast...menu looked good though. No lift but reception took a suitcase upstairs for a customer. Only improvement needed is times for shuttlebus...telling me bus comes every 25mins is not good enough...25 mins from when? Also bus trip was is tedious as hotel is last on half a dozen call ins and one stop had a change of driver...so bit tedious at end of a big day. Excellent instructions on where to meet shuttle bus.
Negative: Shuttle bus drive to hotel... no biscuits to go with coffee as too late for dinner. Basin in bathroom too shallow to fill kettle properly.
Summary: Excellent for price
