The property is part of an exclusive coastal subdivision, offering pedestrian access down to the beach.
This enchanting retreat is a secondary dwelling on our private property, located at the rear of our 3,983m2 section, with our new home at the front of the land with all living areas facing towards the sea and away from the small home. The driveway is shared between both dwellings, ensuring easy access.
Immerse yourself in the allure of our beautiful sanctuary, surrounded by swaying palm trees and landscaped grounds. Recently installed to enhance your stay is a new hot tub which is filled with only fresh water and uses no chemicals for each and every stay. The cozy abode accommodates 2 adults, making it an ideal escape for couples seeking to rejuvenate their spirits.
Inside, you'll find a fully equipped kitchen for culinary adventures, a BBQ area for al fresco dining, and an outdoor fireplace with cooking facilities to enhance your culinary escapades. Unwind in the double hammock, basking in the tranquillity of your surroundings, or seek shade under the sun umbrella.
There is a private entertaining area at the end of the reflection pond, perfect for intimate moments or shared laughter.
