Location, space, lake views - Kurupae House has it all and more! This inviting home is only 3 minutes drive to the bustling town centre and only 500 metres to the lake.

The upstairs level of the home enjoys stunning views of the lake. The outdoor entertaining area of this home overlooks the extensive private garden - the perfect spot to fire up the BBQ and relax in good company.

The theatre room will be popular with all ages. Sit back and watch a movie on the big-screen!

The master bedroom and main living area both have been positioned to capture beautiful lake views.

Boasting plenty of room for a large family/group of up to 11 guests. There are 4 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, and 2 living areas spread across 2 levels. Upstairs you will find the main living, kitchen, dining, plus 2 bedrooms and 1 bathroom. Downstairs features 2 bedrooms, second living area (theatre room), and another bathroom.
Bedding configuration is: 1x Super King, 1x Queen, 1x Queen, 1x Double, 1x Queen Sofa-bed in theatre/media room, 1x Single fold-out bed.

Summary: Home is as seen in advert. Spacious living with a 3, 5 and 15 year old twins. Location was absolutely perfect and easy to find. Beautiful views from out the bedroom and lounge windows. Had a bbq for our xmas lunch.Our children absolutely loved their stay aswell as myself and husband. Thank you so much for our stay. We will definitely be back when we come back. I have found our home away from home holiday stay for my family. Thank you
